Abraham Lincoln - 16th President of the United States - was born in this cabin on February 12, 1809. The historical park comprises 116 1/2 acres, nearly 100 acres of which were included in the original Thomas Lincoln Farm. Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historic Site, is located on U.S. Highway 31-E and KY-61, two miles south of Hodgenville, Kentucky.
